What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges can be requested within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all tags, labels and accessories intact. Bundled products must be returned as a complete set, while perfumes and sealed goods must remain unopened.
Once the request is approved, Dikochi will arrange and cover the return or exchange shipping. The return or exchange will be processed after the item has been received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the delivery method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 1–2 business days.
- Same-day Delivery: Available in Dubai for eligible orders placed before the 4:00 PM cut-off time. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the next day.
Orders placed before the 4:00 PM cut-off time are typically processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery method and payment option selected at checkout:
- Free Shipping: Free for orders above AED 200 with online payment. Delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Standard Delivery: AED 15 for orders below AED 200. Delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Cash on Delivery: AED 10 convenience fee in addition to the applicable delivery charge. Delivery within 1–2 business days.
- Same-day Delivery: AED 25 for delivery. Available in Dubai only.
All delivery options are subject to availability and serviceable areas within the UAE.
